Additional terms for posting, responding and commercial interaction in the WILAXON marketplace.
Listing responsibility
The posting company is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and authority of its listing, product, capacity, request or opportunity.
Verification and moderation
Posting and commercial response may require email verification, company profile completion, approved roles or marketplace moderation. These are separate concepts and do not confer product ownership, mandate authority or legal approval.
Verified Company does not mean Verified Product
A Verified Company badge may indicate that specified company/account checks have been completed. It does not mean a product is approved, certified, safe, legal, high-quality, creditworthy or guaranteed. It is not an endorsement of every listing.
Contact release
Contact information stays controlled. Release requires the applicable verification, deal stage and independent review rules.
No automatic transaction
Posting or responding does not create a binding transaction with WILAXON. Companies are responsible for their own commercial agreements.
