Privacy
This Privacy Policy explains what WILAXON currently collects, why it is collected, who can see it, and how it is handled during the closed Beta.
Who operates WILAXON
WILAXON is operated as a B2B platform for trade, logistics and business opportunities. Publicly available operator identity information in this project should be used for legal notices; missing legal-registration, address, privacy-officer and jurisdiction details remain TODOs and are not invented here.
Information we collect
WILAXON processes account information, company/business information, Marketplace content, commercial interaction information, communications, technical/security information, support information and imported/public company information only where the current implementation stores such data.
Account information
We process email address, optional account name, email-verification state, account timestamps, platform role and authentication/session identifiers. Email verification confirms mailbox access only; it does not verify a company.
Company information
Company profiles may include legal name, display name, country, business roles, membership/role states, company claim status, company verification indicators and registration-change requests. Company verification is separate from account identity.
Marketplace content
We process product offers, product requests, transport requests, available transport, business/investment opportunities, service intent information, listing metadata and moderation/contact-control information.
Commercial interactions
We process RFQs, Deals, Conversations, messages, contact-release decisions, CommercialSnapshots, server timestamps and payload hashes to operate and audit commercial interactions.
Communications
Conversation and message information is stored and access-controlled. Private messages are visible only to authorized participants and permitted staff; they are not public Marketplace content.
CommercialSnapshot
Where applicable, WILAXON may preserve an immutable server-side record of the customer-visible listing information associated with a commercial interaction. This supports transaction history, dispute/context reconstruction and interaction integrity. A snapshot does not make a transaction legally binding.
Security information
The current system may store login/access events, hashed IP information, raw IP for a limited security period, user-agent/device signal data, risk flags and related timestamps. It does not currently perform external VPN/proxy/GeoIP enrichment unless explicitly configured and active.
Support information
Support cases, moderation actions and relevant administrative/audit records are processed for support, safety, integrity and legitimate platform operations.
Imported and public company information
Company import and external-data features may process source-record identifiers, normalized company/business information and source attribution. Only data actually ingested through approved sources is processed.
How information is collected
Information is collected directly from users, through normal use of WILAXON, from participating companies, and through approved import/public or business data sources where supported by the current implementation.
Why information is processed
WILAXON processes data to provide accounts, operate Marketplace features, connect businesses, enable RFQs/Deals, operate Conversations, support company verification/claims, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, maintain security, and improve the Beta service.
Public and private information
Approved company profile information, public Marketplace listings and public verification/claim indicators may be visible to other users or the public. Private messages, private contact information, security history, admin notes, support information, verification evidence, registration-change evidence and internal moderation/risk information are restricted.
Business interactions
When you submit a quote request, offer, transport request, expression of interest or RFQ, relevant information is shared only with authorized participants in that commercial interaction.
Company claims and verification
Company profiles may be claimed. Verification or registration-change requests may require information or evidence. Verification status may be displayed, while supporting evidence is not publicly exposed. WILAXON does not overstate the level of identity verification performed.
Cookies
WILAXON uses essential authentication/session cookies and preference cookies. Optional analytics, marketing and external-media cookies are disabled by default and enabled only through Cookie Settings. See Cookie Information and Cookie Settings for details.
Data sharing
Data may be shared with authorized participants in a transaction, with service providers necessary to operate WILAXON, and where legally required. WILAXON does not sell personal information.
Data retention
WILAXON retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Raw IP retention may be separately limited by the security implementation.
Account deletion and data requests
Users may request account/company deletion or other privacy requests through the Support/Contact flow. Self-service deletion is not promised unless the current product provides such a control.
International processing
WILAXON is intended for international B2B use. Data may be stored or processed in the configured hosting/database regions and may cross borders. Specific transfer mechanisms, Standard Contractual Clauses, representatives and jurisdiction details remain TODO for production legal review.
Beta disclosure
WILAXON is currently in Beta. Features, providers and data-processing practices may change. Material Privacy Policy changes will be reflected in the published policy.
Children
WILAXON is a business-to-business platform intended for business users and is not directed to children.

Operator address, registration number, privacy officer, governing law, jurisdiction, legal bases, processor contracts, representative details and country-specific privacy wording must be completed by qualified legal counsel before production use.
