Prohibited & Restricted Products
WILAXON does not permit unlawful or prohibited goods/services. Restricted categories may require legal or regulatory compliance in the relevant jurisdictions.
Prohibited
Goods, services or materials may not be offered, requested or traded through WILAXON where the transaction or product is unlawful. This includes, without limitation, illegal goods/services, stolen goods, counterfeit products, illegal drugs, prohibited weapons or ammunition, explosives, prohibited weapon components, human trafficking or exploitation, child sexual abuse material, falsified official documents or identities, falsified regulatory certificates, prohibited medicines, unlawfully traded medical products, prohibited hazardous chemicals, unlawfully controlled substances, illegally traded wildlife or protected species, illegally traded cultural property, sanctions/embargo-prohibited goods, export-control-prohibited goods, recalled products where continued trade is prohibited, and other goods/services whose offer or trade is unlawful.
Restricted
Some goods and services may be legally traded only under additional requirements. The listing company remains responsible for determining applicable law, licenses, registrations, permits, certificates, approvals, labeling, customs documentation, import/export authorization, age restrictions, professional authorization and country-specific requirements.
Examples of potentially restricted categories
Food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical products, chemicals, agricultural products, seeds/plants, animal products, regulated industrial products, controlled raw materials and other regulated goods may be restricted. These examples are not globally legal or globally prohibited.
Participant responsibility
Sellers and buyers remain responsible for determining whether a transaction is lawful in the relevant origin, destination and transit jurisdictions. WILAXON does not provide country-specific legal, customs, tax or regulatory advice through this policy.
Moderation and removal
WILAXON may reject, hide, restrict, suspend or remove listings/requests and take other reasonable actions where terms or policy are violated, illegality is suspected, or fraud, safety, sanctions/compliance, abuse or regulatory concerns arise.
